The following return policy applies to orders shipped to U.S. addresses.
All items are subject to return except items on sale. Items on sale are not-returnable.
Eligible item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the item’s ship date. Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be done by mail to the same address marked on the package.
FRUGESS does not cover return shipping expenses.
Please send us an email with tracking information for your return shipment. We will begin processing your return as soon as it is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive a refund and an email once your return has been fully processed. Credit card refunds will appear on your statement up to 30 days afterward depending on your financial institution.
